PLEASE NOTE: This class will be filmed & photographed to obtain some fun promotional material (just snippets of the class will be used) by purchasing a ticket you agree to your image being used to promote the class. Don't worry! Only the best bits will be chosen to be used. We will still have a super fun workout.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Pull up to the funnest fitness dance class in town! SO FLY dance fitness will have you sweating & smiling in this 1 hr of power!
The first 45 mins is a follow along dance class, (think Zumba but with a dope playlist & sassy moves in which you can put your own flavour to. Moves inspired by Hiphop, dancehall, street dance, jazz/funk & bellydance). It’s fun AF & designed for beginners. For the final 15 mins of class, we build muscle to music on our yoga mats, with some arm, ab & booty conditioning.
Your host Hayley Hoopla, known for her funky Hula hoop choreographies & Cabaret performances grew up in the aerobics room with her Mum teaching legit 80s dance…yes the big hair & leopard-print G string leotards!!
But no sweat, you don’t need ur leotard for this class (unless you want to of course), just bring ur good vibes, sneakers, sweat towel, water bottle & don’t forget a yoga mat.
A bit more about your teacher:
Hayley has a background in Jazz, Funk & aerobics, as well as dancehall, hiphop, flamenco & even bellydance. When she’s not teaching Dance fitness or her Hoop Army, she’s performing hula hoops with a giant pineapple on her head or performing burlesque dance at events.
